TOUR ITINERARY

 

DAY 01 :

Picked you up in Jakarta at 5am than transfer to Cikaung Village where the road down the coastline ends, is just outside the park boundary, gives you direct access to wilderness trailheads, buffer-zone villages, and scenic drive. The village features refreshing atmosphere and calming nature than trek through the ancient Ujung Kulon Rainforest with a naturalist guide. enjoy a quick hike across the lush rainforest of Ujung Kulon on this 3 - 4 hours adventure designed for nature lovers. The trek described leads into a lowland rainforest found on a peninsula in a biodiverse region, where you can observe a multitude of Ujung Kulon's unique species, including exotic flora and rare fauna. For those seeking a "jungle trail," This jungle trekking tour takes you deep into the wilderness, crossing a variety of paths that range from dense highland forest to lowland rainforest. Back than continue cruising to a group of mangrove island (Handeleum) offers a peaceful journey through dense, winding water channels teeming with unique coastal wildlife. Spots feature traditional wooden boats gliding past tangled root systems A green, beautiful group of mangrove islands features lush, salt-tolerant trees rising from shallow turquoise waters. Their tangled root systems trap sediment to build new land, creating serene, emerald labyrinths that shelter fish, birds, and marine life along tropical coasts. Mangrove islands provide the ultimate home for the saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus porosus). DAY 02 :

Early morning at 6am or after breakfast enjoy a quick hike across the lush rainforest of Ujung Kulon, You will continue your trek through the rainforest going deeper into the jungle while having a bigger chance to see wildlife there. While hiking up and down the hills heading towards the east side of the national park your guide will point out different jungle habitants and plants species for you while giving lots of explanation about the rainforest and its biodiversity. While hiking up and down the hills and crossing small rivers you acquire traditional jungle survival knowledge. If you are lucky there is also a chance to Javan gibbon, black leaf monkey, the Java Rhino occasionally sighted in this region - The fantastic scenery in the national park will be a memorable experience for you. Back to lodge than continue an islands (mangir and oar) cruising sunset tour is a relaxing boat trip - To experience a breathtaking sunset over the sea from a scenic peninsula. It lets you sail calm tropical waters, swim or snorkel near reefs, and watch the sun go down over the sea. Overnight/Dinner (ree program)

 

DAY 03 :

After breakfast at 7am. Enjoy your jungle morning tour to Ciawi than continue for trekking is a unique combination of jungle and paddy field, taking you through the hidden beauty of Ujung Kulon peninsula, you will hike more off the beaten tracks, crossing different kind of jungle paths. Walk through lush jungle trails and river to discover Leopard, Gibbon, Java eagle’s most scenic rainforest, enjoy a quick hike discover the hidden treasures of Ujung Kulon's Rainforest.
